the staff was courteous, professional and very helpful. I arrived early but I was able to check in to a room. I also asked for a bath tub and that request was accommodated too. As a woman who was traveling alone, I felt that the staff was vigilant to safety and knew who I was by greeting me. When I departed, a taxi was called and the young man at the desk helped with my bag. Although the hotel is smaller than others I have stayed at, it is very well maintained, modern and clean. I am a re peat guest.

Breakfast was great with a good combination of hot and cold items. Excellent value. Centrally located. Metro was only 5 mins walk. Restaurants and cafes nearby. G20 supermarket was only 2 mins walk. There is a farmer's market across the hotel. I emailed the property so they know that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary and husbands birthday - their gave us some treats and greetings to celebrate both occasions. We felt special. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was wonderful, from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. On the second day of our stay, our room was cleaned, which was a pleasant surprise. We stayed in room 101. The hotel is clean and fresh. The location is just excellent, not far from the Arc de Triomphe. There is also a metro station nearby. I would be happy to come back again. Thank you!
